World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Health System and Financing held a seminar on “Health Care Financing for Universal Health Coverage (UHC): Key Issues and Challenges” in School of Public Health, Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea on 27 April (Fri) 2018. Four distinguished experts from WHO Headquarter (HQ), the Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO), and the Regional Office for the South East Asia (SEARO) were invited for the seminar. Prof Soonman Kwon, Director of the Centre gave a brief introduction speech on the importance of UHC agenda in a global health financing area. Experts from WHO HQ, WPRO, and SEARO presented their perspectives and insights on the UHC issues and challenges. After the sessions, interesting questions were discussed among the participants and experts. The list of the presenters is as follows:
